ABOUT ME
I am Franco-American and therefore accompany your therapeutic sessions in English or French.
Since a young age, I have had the chance to discover and live in several countries (France, Senegal, Spain,
the United States and the United Arab Emirates, where I actually reside).
I am a Sophro-Analyste and a graduate of the
European Institute of Sophro-Analysis, in Paris.
With my life experience and my training, I am able to welcome each of you in a unique way and in adequacy with your needs, as you progress on the path towards a more harmonious you.


WHAT TO EXPECT

Whatever your needs, I welcome you, as you are, and accompany you in a neutral way, without judgment and with kindness.
I accompany you via zoom or face to face, using several tools to take into account your being in its entirety, namely your 4 dimensions (mind, body, emotions, energy).
My tools are: mindful breathing, relaxation, visualization and other tools based on analytic therapy.
These are used to bring forward information useful to live differently. This is done at your own pace.
I accompany you to adopt, on your timeline, the various tools that I propose, in our sessions.
Then, at your pace, you may choose to integrate them integrally to your daily life, in order to live a fuller life..

Therapy is a process of self-discovery.
In our sessions, I encourage behavioral transformation by adopting a mindful posture to create new habits.
I use the Sophro-Analystic methods and tools to allow you to choose and make your own experience.
As you move forward and learn these different techniques you may choose a different path to lead a more harmonious life.

You may want to be able to observe and feel your emotions, your needs and your expectations in a different way.
This new outlook may allow you to lead a more peaceful, balanced life and ensure your well being, as well as, the well being of those who surround you.
